Making Purchases:
To make a purchase just browse the relevant pages and add the beads/findings you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. When you have finished, click on the 'Checkout' button where a page will appear for you to complete in order to finalise the purchasing process.
International Customers - Note:
Postage & Packaging prices apply to the UK and countries within the EU only. Other 'Rest of the World' customers are required to submit their orders via email to internationalsales@thebeadbay.com - we will then send you an invoice which will allow you to complete your purchase through Paypal using your credit / debit card or Paypal account.
Payment:
Paypal: You can use your credit / debit cards to pay for purchases through Paypal 
or use your Paypal account to pay for purchases on-line.
Cheques: Please email us for payment and address details.
Postal Orders: Same process as cheque payment. If you require your items quickly, we recommend sending an UNCROSSED postal order to us.
Postage, Shipping & Handling:
All items are packaged in clear secure grip seal bags and are posted in heavy duty bubble wrap lined jiffy bags to ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

We aim to ship all items within 2 working days of cleared payment* - (excluding weekends and bank holidays) although many orders are shipped the next working day after receiving the order.
*Cheques and Crossed Postal Orders may take up to 5 working days to clear.
We usually encounter a high volume of sales during the Christmas period (October-December) so short delays in posting may occur. We also recommend planning your purchases early during this busy time.
Returns:
We at The Bead Bay, take pride in the quality of our service and products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund/exchange if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of the dispatch date and in the same condition as sent.
